Return Policy

Special Orders and/or Custom Builds:

 

All Special Orders and/or Custom Builds are not refundable for any reason. These builds vary from our normal lineup and therefore are not resaleable as a standard item. We do not offer a refund on these items for any reason.

 

Cancellations:

 

Cancellations must be made prior to the time the build process begins. The build process start time will depend on the flow of orders. Sometimes we begin the build right away, after the order is placed. Please contact a Customer Service Representative right away if you need to cancel your order. If we receive notification of cancellation prior to the time the build process begins, you may cancel your order and obtain a full refund. Please allow 2 to 3 business days for your account to be successfully refunded in full. You will be notified via email with a confirmation once refund has been issued.

 

Returns:

 

The buyer must contact the seller within 7 days, after date of delivery, for a Return Authorization Number and return shipping address on items that have been grossly misrepresented and authorized for return. Items, determined by us to be incorrectly wired for the amp it was advertised to be compoatible with, will be authorized for a return for a wiring correction. We will cover the shipping both ways in most cases. If the seller authorizes a return on a grossly misrepresented item, the purchased item must be returned in brand new condition, in original type of shipping container, with the Return Authorization number written on the outside, and re-packed with care to prevent damage to the returneded item.


Since replacement footswitches are a specialty item, and all of our custom "hand made" listed items are custom “hand crafted to order”, returns/refunds will not be authorized after the build process begins. A refund or exchange will only be authorized if the purchased item is grossly misrepresented. We make every effort to assure that all listed items are correctly represented in each listing.


If an item is ordered in error, or there is any problem with the amplifier the item is purchased for, the purchased item does not qualify for a return or exchange once the build process begins. Please ask any and all questions prior to placing an order.


An order placed by the buyer is an agreement that the buyer has fully read and fully understood the item listing and the Return Policy, has received the amp for which the purchased item is ordered and plans to keep it, and has verified that the amp’s circuit/s is/are fully functional and will allow proper functioning of the item purchased from us.


If the seller authorizes a return, the auction item must be shipped to the seller within 24 hours after Return Authorization Number has been emailed to the buyer, and the tracking numbers emailed to the seller. Custom "hand crafted to order" items do not qualify for buyers remorse returns for refund or exchange. If a buyer states that he/she no longer needs the ordered item, a refund will only be authorized prior to when the build process begins.


Returned items must be 100% complete, shipped in original boxes and packing materials. The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges on returned items. We strongly recommend that you fully insure your return shipment, in case it is lost or damaged, and that you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery, for your protection. Items will only be accepted if they have the Return Authorization Numbers written on the outside of the box, and are returned with all of the original type of shipping container, and the original packaging materials. If any products are authorized for a return and then returned to us, and are not found to have a manufacturers defect, they are subject to a 20-30% restocking fee.
